STUDIO
The heart of Expanse Pro is a TV studio of 250m2 and a height of 7.5m with a 15m x 10m Green Screen.
The studio is equipped with additional rooms: video control, audio control, production room, post-production and graphics room, dressing room, make-up, sanitary facilities and a unique demonstration and recreation interior.

Live

An example of a movie scene (series). The total recording time of the scene took 2 hours along with lighting and physical set elements set up.

brainstorm 3D
Thanks to its unique technology Expanse Pro studio allows you to create many forms of television shows. Virtual set enables “live” events and television programs, streamed directly to the TV station or websites.
Brainstorm 3D system (used by BBC and many more) is a guarantee of stability and reliability of transmission. We can generate live animated AR objects. A minute before the match, the journalist will be “teleported” from the stadium to the studio, during the car presentation a 3D model of and engine will pop out from the hood and unfold into single parts next to the presenter.
Brainstorm is also an invaluable tool during film, commercials or music video production. The whole crew can see actors live on virtual set with dynamic computer controlled lights. Of course, all streams, camera feed, fill, mat, background and camera tracking are recorded.
We are limited only by our imagination, changing the scenography and lighting in the studio takes about 5 minutes, let’s forget about driving between locations. Here the locations come to you. The virtual world is created in the increasingly popular and very advanced Unreal Engine. Thank to camera tracking and Brainstorm we can see it on live previews in our studio. Mountains, sea, Arctic, desert or ancient Greece… Here you go.
Technology
Video
Video technology is based on the Brainstorm 3D Infinity system integrated with Unreal Engine. MoSys star tracker is responsible for camera tracking. Real-time image keying is carried out using the latest Ultimatte 12 system. The studio has 2 Panasonic 4k Broadcast cameras, and 2 Panasonic 4k PTZ cameras. Playout is carried out using the Softron system. Thanks to Aston Designer we can prepare any screen graphics and 3D objects that appear as AR in virtual environment. 3 graphic stations with Vmix software are responsible for remote connections.
Audio
Audio layer is controlled by the Allen & Heath Avantis console integrated using Dante protocol with the RTS communication system and all devices in the studio. The studio has 8 line Shure digital microphone wireless system.
Lighting
The studio is equipped with the world’s best brands LED lighting system from Rosco, Velvet Light and DMG Lumiere. The whole system is controlled with Grand MA console and integrated with the Brainstorm 3d virtual studio system.
Robotics
Maxi Crane is an innovative robotic remote controlled camera crane. You can preprogram movement with key frames controlling camera, head and the arm. In addition is equipped with world’s best Panasonic AW-UE150 PTZ cameras. All movements of these cameras are operated from the Video control room.
